Join Sian every Tuesday for a 90 minute extended yoga practice at the beautiful Newton Meadow Cottages.
A blend of uplifting and joyful yoga asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation - designed to leave you feeling lighter, brighter and centred for your life. We will explore the different teachings of yogic philosophy and how to welcome these practices into our everyday lives.
Yoga practices will be mixed level with options and variations for all - beginners are welcome. Physical adjustments and assists also optional.
