Join Sian every Tuesday for a 90 minute enlivening and joyful yoga practice at the beautiful Newton Meadow Cottages.

A blend of uplifting and joyful yoga asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation - designed to leave you feeling lighter, brighter and centred for your life. We will explore the different teachings of yogic philosophy and how to welcome these practices into our everyday lives.

Yoga practices will be mixed level with options and variations for all - beginners are welcome. Physical adjustments and assists also optional.

FAQ's
Do I need to have my own yoga mat?
No! Sian will provide yoga mats and other required equipment if you do not have any - but kindly ask that if you do have a personal mat to bring it along :)
Are these classes beginners-friendly?
Yes! All dwtylife yoga classes will be mixed level, suitable from beginners level. This simply means that there will be different options and modifications provided throughout so you're free to explore all postures.
