An immersive and joyful introduction to yoga for complete beginners or those looking to deepen their practice!

Join Sian for 2 consecutive weekend workshops where we will be:

  • Exploring yoga postures in greater depth, learning how they can look and feel in YOUR body
  • Learning breathing techniques for daily life
  • An introduction to meditation, and learning how to access deeper relaxation and peacefulness
  • Learning the history of Yoga, and the key philosophies and daily living techniques that can be adopted into our daily life

Things to remember

Please arrive at our beautiful venue 5-10 minutes ahead of planned start time so we can make the most of our time together!

You're welcome to bring anything with you to support your practice (props, blankets etc) but all materials will be provided.

YES! Whether you've rolled out a mat before or not, you'll leave our beginners course feeling confident and empowered in your own yoga practice...whether that's teacher-led, in a studio, or from home!
