Is this event beginners friendly?
Yes! Whether you're a seasoned dwtylife workshopper or completely new to our community -we'd love to welcome you! The yoga practice will include movement and making shapes with the body. There will be lots of options provided - no two yogis look the same! All that's required for this practice is the ability to get up and down from your mat. If you've got any questions about accessibility please reach out and ask :)
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Most our dwtylife workshop attendees come alone, but often leave with connections and new friends. We're having a social brunch within this workshop - so it's the perfect place to connect and natter.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
If you have a yoga mat, we ask that you bring it along! Otherwise you can borrow one from the studio.
