A creative, cosy evening dedicated to seasonal living and welcoming the arrival of Autumn/Winter.
Across a 2.5 hour workshop, we will reflect on the year so far and develop (or continue) a personal gratitude practice, learn a variety of mindfulness and joyful living practices that can fit right into life as it is, and set ourselves up to get the most out of the Autumnal months - the year is not over yet!
By creating time to slow down, become present and reconnect to our hearts wishes - we can connect to that wonderful cosy hygge feeling.
