Our Monthly Yoga & Chill is a warm and relaxed space for you to access the magic of yoga. Join Sian for a blend of dreamy movement, expansive and grounding breath-work, extended relaxation and uplifting sisterhood.

A monthly haven for you to come back to yourself, release any stresses and tensions, and access your own inner peace.

Whether you have a regular practice of yoga or you're completely new but curious to experience the soothing properties of yoga - you are so very welcome.

Is this event beginners-friendly?
Yes! Monthly Yoga & Chill is a blend of yoga practices including movement, postures, breathing, meditation & relaxation - all are designed to meet you where you are on the day - and adaptations are available.
What do I need to bring?
Water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one), yoga props (if you have them), cosy socks and optional blanket for relaxation!

My first yoga and chill was a lovely experience, from the start Asian was so friendly and welcoming, her energy is lovely. The space was warm cozy log cabin vibes with nature all around, the calm candle light environment was perfect for the gentle breath work and yoga and journaling with a warm ginger tea and biscuits was the perfect cosy was the finish, loved everything about the experience- thank you!
