Across a 2hr workshop, we will build an understanding around the principles of gratitude, what gratitude derives from, and the many benefits a regular practise can have. We will explore different ways to practise in a friendly and relaxed environment, delicious refreshments provided. No experience necessary, just an open mind and heart to try something new.
