Join Sian every Tuesday for a 90 minute enlivening and joyful yoga practice at the beautiful Soul Circle Studio.

A blend of uplifting and joyful yoga asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation - designed to leave you feeling lighter, brighter and centred for your life. We will explore the different teachings of yogic philosophy and how to welcome these practices into our everyday lives.

Yoga practices will be mixed level with options and variations for all - beginners are welcome. Physical adjustments and assists also optional.

Sian 's workshops are always the best for making you feel so much happier when you leave. Last night I attended the Mid-Week Chill workshop, it did not disappoint. Friendly,  informative,  cosy. Learnt the 4 different ways of journaling which will help me in the future to try and decide which way I need for different things I wish to journal. Also such a beautiful bunch of people on the workshop.

Everything about Landing was perfect - it was a much needed pause button from everyday life, responsibilities and endless to-do lists! The day flowed so beautifully and the calm & cosy vibes never faltered - nothing ever felt rushed; it was clear that a lot of preparation, planning and thought had gone into the entire day - I loved everything about it and didn't want it to end! The Hygge journaling workshop - What a perfect evening! I’ve done a few art classes/journaling classes over the past 10 years but no experience was necessary. It was the first Dwtylife event I have attended (&solo), I was made to feel so welcome and Sian introduced everyone with low-pressure icebreakers in a really lovely way. I was a little emotional reflecting on the year, but so were others in the group and it felt like such a safe, supportive and warm space to be open.  It was exactly what I needed - to reflect and see how far I’d come and feel proud of myself (which I hadn’t allowed myself space to do before now). I came away feeling inspired, fuzzy and refreshed. Thank you so much Sian for your welcoming, warm and inspiring energy - you could see how your energy was infectious across the room. Can’t wait to book on to more courses - unfortunately can’t make the next dates but I will be eager eyed for the next!! Thank you x

The Hygge workshop I attended last night was simply lovely. I learned loads, was able to share in a safe space and I felt very at home. The location at hopefully made was so cosy too I loved it! OUR STORY

At the start of 2022, I wrote an affirmation in my journal. My goal for the year ahead was to simply spend more of my time doing things that make my heart sing. 

At the time, I didn’t realise the gravity of this statement. But as the months went by, my life began to fill up with different pastimes and practices that made my heart beam and my smile widen. I made decisions with intention, always keeping my affirmation in mind. By leaning into that which I loved, beautiful and unsuspected opportunities arose. 

I took the plunge and completed my 200hrs yoga teacher training, and began to run workshops on gratitude; two of the practices that have had the most profound impact on my life and wellbeing so far. 

I quickly identified that sharing my joy with the world, and helping others to explore theirs, only magnified these wonderful feelings and experiences for everyone involved. There lies tremendous power in connecting through common experience, and so in late 2022 I made it my mission to spread this message of love as far as I could. 

DWTYLIFE is the manifestation of this mission; and is inspired by the simple belief that we could all benefit from more joy, gratitude and presence in our lives.
